1. Delivery Scope
Our delivery services are available within the downtown area of Cardiff and surrounding local communities. The exact delivery radius is determined during the order placement process, with postcode verification occurring in real time.
Orders placed outside the designated delivery scope will not be processed for delivery and may be converted to in-store pickup during the order review period.
We reserve the right to adjust the delivery scope periodically based on operational capacity during business hours.
2. Delivery Time
Delivery services are available during our daily business hours. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order placement and are based on current order volume and traffic conditions.
Standard delivery times typically range from 30 to 60 minutes during non-peak periods and may extend to 90 minutes during peak business hours.
We strive to meet estimated delivery times but cannot guarantee them, as delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances during the delivery process.
3. Order Placement for Delivery
Delivery orders may be placed through our official website or authorized ordering platforms during business hours. All orders require complete and accurate delivery information, including full address, contact number, and any specific delivery instructions.
Payment must be completed in full at the time of order placement, with payment processing occurring in real time during the checkout process.
Order confirmation will be sent to your provided contact method immediately upon successful payment and order processing.
4. Delivery Process
Upon order confirmation, our kitchen will begin preparing your order during the standard food preparation period. Once the order is ready, it will be assigned to a delivery driver for immediate dispatch.
Delivery drivers will follow the most efficient route to your delivery address during the transit period. You may receive a notification when the driver is en route, typically 10-15 minutes before arrival.
Upon arrival, the delivery driver will contact you using the provided phone number to confirm receipt. Orders must be accepted by an adult at the delivery address during the delivery attempt.
5. Delivery Requirements
Customers must provide accurate and up-to-date delivery information during order placement. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery attempts, or additional charges during the delivery process.
If no one is available to accept the delivery at the specified address, the driver will attempt to contact you for further instructions. After two failed contact attempts, the order may be returned to our restaurant, and a re-delivery fee may apply if re-delivery is requested during the same business day.
We recommend being available at the delivery address within the estimated delivery window to ensure timely receipt of your order.
6. Order Quality and Temperature
All delivery orders are packaged in insulated, heat-resistant containers to maintain food temperature and quality during the delivery period.
We take all reasonable measures to ensure food is delivered in a safe and appetizing condition. However, food quality may be affected by extended delivery times or external temperature conditions during transit.
Any concerns regarding food quality must be reported to our customer service team within 30 minutes of delivery during business hours for further assistance.
7. Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are non-refundable, even if the order is cancelled after the delivery process has begun.
